Feeling better

Well, I went to the gym today and did 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.  It's 2:30 and so far I've had an estimated 650 calories.  Not bad.  I think I need to blog more often to keep myself on track, maybe even more than once a day.  I'm kinda worried about tonight- big party with lots of food.  I'm planning on eating lightly beforehand so I don't overeat there, but i'm wondering if it'll just add to what I'm gonna eat instead of help me eat less.  I need to really focus on my goals in order to keep that from happening.  There's no avoiding temptation- especially when coworkers are constantly bringing chocolate and other goodies to work.  The thing to do is to keep myself from eating what's around me and that has to be done by prioritizing my personal goals.  Still working on that one.

great job working-out today! i think eating lightly beforehand is a good idea. it's better not to be hungry before facing temptation. good luck!
