Today's weigh-in: 157 lbs.
Well, after a low last weekend of 154 lbs., I've managed to gain about 3 lbs in one week. Not good. Time to start again. This time, I can't slack on the blogging. If I feel like I'm not doing well and gaining weight, I don't want to blog, when really it should be all the more reason to blog. So from now on, whether I weigh a lot and eat a lot or not, my weight will be on this blog at least a few times a week. I'm tired of losing and gaining the same few pounds over and over again. I need to hit the gym more often too. It's hard to find the time to do it, but I need to make it a priority to go at least a few times a week. I hope this determination lasts for a while.
