Today's weigh-in: 156 lbs.
Sigh. I ate a lot for dinner on Sunday night, but that was 3 nights ago and I've eaten really well since then. I really thought I'd drop this morning, but instead, I gained a pound. This is discouraging. I feel like eating well is so hard to do and then you just lose a few pounds and then you gain it back again. It's so much easier not to try and stay at the same weight. I have been consistently down a few pounds from where I started, though, so I think I just need to be patient.
