Patience

Today's weight: 156.5 lbs

I got a wide range of readings this morning, but this is a good guess. Yesterday I did OK with my diet. I had a breakfast taco, a cup of coffee, a piece of cheese, two fajitas, some baked chips, about a half-cup of risotto, half of a diet-friendly eclair, a low-call jellow pudding snack, another cup of coffee, and a few pistaccios. Not excellent, but not terrible. I made it to the gym and got on the elliptical for 38 minutes. I have a major exam in June so I like the elliptical because it allows me to study while exercising. It's also why I'm not doing much with weights. Maybe if I have time on the weekends I'll jog and do some weights. I hope to make it to the gym again tonight.

I'm tired of looking at my body. It's sad to think that I started this blog almost 2 months ago and I'm pretty much the same weight as when I started. I'll be seeing a lot of people that I went to school with in April and would really like to look better by then. I haven't seen them in a few years and was much thinner back then. One thing I'm lacking is patience. I just want to drop weight really quickly and then I gain it back just as quickly. I'll have to work on that.

I feel the same about the lack of progress. but we're trying now. so we just have to stick to it. we can do this :)
