Today

157.8 lbs

Ok, so my goal right now is to get below 157 lbs.  Seems like a lofty goal at this rate.  Anyway, yesterday was decent.  I did 30 mins of cardio.  This week will be really light for me at work, so I have no excuse not to hit the gym every day.  Next weekend is a 3 day weekend too, so I plan on doing at least 20, preferably 30, minutes of cardio every day through next Monday.  I'll allow myself one day off.

I feel as though I need a better plan as far as my diet goes.  I try to eat less and healthier in general, but I need to make some rules and goals.  I also need to be consistent with it and not give up so easily!  I'll have to work on that one.
