157.8 lbs
It's a new year, which means I should be motivated to be better! I stopped making resolutions for a while, but this year I feel different. Maybe I can use the new year to my advantage this time. I'm down another pound, which helps a lot. I haven't been working as hard as I should have but hey, a pound lost is a pound lost. My goal for the next week is 3 lbs, but I'll be happy with a pound. So far, I've had some herbal tea and I plan on hitting the gym this afternoon. I'll try to blog more often this week too.
