i would only weigh once a week (i know i know its hard not to i do the same thing sometimes lol)if you weigh each day though it can go up and down alot i bet its didnt really go up again its probably water weight or something dont get down at all seriously its no biggy you will se the loss at the end of next week if you keep up the good work
