Today's weigh-in: 156.5 lbs
Well, this morning was the first weight gain since I started blogging, but I expected it. Yesterday can be summed up in one word: buffet. I don't regret going because my dad really wanted to go for his birthday, but I definitely could've eaten better there. I won't list every little thing I ate, so let's just say it was a lotta bad food. I also ate a bowl of oatmeal, two cups of coffee, baked ruffles, a few bites of cookie dough, and a date. Oh well. I'm allowed to overeat once in a while. I also hit the gym yesterday and walked for 30 mins. I used to work out all the time, but I'm outa shape now. I'm gonna try to get better though. Ok, I'm ready to lose some more weight this week. Let's see how it goes.
