Today's weigh-in: 159 lbs
Ok, well this is uplifting after my 4 lb weight gain last week. Yesterday morning I ate half of an english muffin, egg whites with a slice of cheese, a cup of tea, some fat-free pringles, a little bit of fish and chicken, some beef, rice a small piece of cake, a cup of fanta, low fat chips and cheetos, a healthy choice mocha bar, and another cup of tea. At least thats what I can remember. Ok, I'm gonna try harder today.
