Today's weigh-in: 158.5 lbs
Well, there was no weight loss this morning, but that's ok. I certainly can't expect myself to drop a pound a day. Yesterday I ate pretty well: a bowl of all bran with 1% milk, a bananna, a cup of coffee, a smart one's baked ziti marinara, a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, 6 oz. of yogurt, a can of cinnamon flavored pears, 3 hershey's kisses, a spinach salad with fat free salad dressing, a lean pocket, and a glass of orange juice. Not too bad! The longer I do this, the easier it gets.
