Today's weigh-in: 156.5 lbs
Well, I haven't been losing weight these past few days. I think I need to be stricter with my diet. Yesterday I ate: a cup of coffee, 6 oz of yogurt, a spinach salad with fat free salad dressing, a large can of pears, baked lays, 3 dates, an egg and egg whites, a flour tortilla, plantains, and low fat vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. Ok, that's it for now.
