Reached my goal for the week!

Today's weigh-in: 157.5 lbs

My internet connection was out yesterday, so I couldn't post, but yesterday I was also 157.5 lbs. My scale tends to give me different weights in a row and I just take my best guess, but today it reached 156.5, so I think I'm a little lighter than yesterday. This is what I ate yesterday: a breakfast sandwich with a croissant, egg and cheese, 6 oz of yogurt, a fruit cup, apple juice, a spinach salad with fat free salad dressing, a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, a lean pocket and a skinny cow ice cream cone. Not terrible, but I could've done without the breakfast sandwich. It was free at work, so of course I ate it. It came in half-croissant sizes and I had to go ahead and eat two of them. The thing about eating big breakfasts is that I can't let myself eat much for the rest of the day. I think the best thing for me is to eat a light breakfast, a medium sized lunch, and a light dinner. I can't remember everything I ate on Tuesday, but I did eat a really bad-for-you dessert bar with all kinds of yummy stuff in it. It was one of those "hello Dolly" type things that probably has a ton of calories in it. We ordered lunch at work and there was some chicken with some kind of cream sauce on it. I had a bowl of cheerios and some baked lay's for dinner. I'm losing weight at a quick enough pace to reach my 10% weight loss goal for Jan. 31st, but it's only the first week, so that's expected. I need to lose 2 lbs a week, which I have already done for this week, and I still have till Sunday!
