So far, so good

Today's weigh-in: 158.5 lbs

Yay! It's always motivating to lose weight during the first week, which usualy happens to me. I wont get my hopes up too much until later though because the weight always creeps back up on me. Hopefully that wont be the case this time. The thing I don't like about food journals is that it always seems like you ate more food than you really did. Also, they're boring to read. But, I'll write it anyway. Yesterday I ate: a cup of coffee, a bananna, a lean pocket, 1 fruit loop (trying to see if it was stale and it was), a bag of 100 calorie popcorn, a diet cherry coke, 2 bowls of pineapple, rice, lentils, a little bit of mashed potatoes, mashed pumpkin, 1 piece of beef, 3 and a half pieces of chicken, a fried plantain and about a cup of low fat vanilla ice cream. See! That sounds like a lot! I'm also not very good at estimating how much of something I ate. Oh well. Today went pretty well so far. There's a big bowl chocolate at work and I managed to only eat 3 hershey's kisses. I'm feeling motivated!
