Today's weigh-in: 156 lbs.
Well, yesterday I ate a bunch of food that sound like a ton of food all together, but really, volume-wise, it wasn't that much food. It was a lotta junk food though. I went to that Christmas party last night and ate a bunch of little things. I don't know if I remember everything, but here's what I ate yesterday: a cup of coffee, two fried chicken wings, a jalapeno popper, about 3 bites of a cheese stick, 4 of those small reeses peanut butter cups, a small chocolate bar, a cup of some kinda peach drink, 3 or 4 chocolate chip cookies, a cracker with salmon and cream cheese, crackers with humus, maybe 10 small slices of turkey, tostitos and queso, chicken enchilada casserole, about half a cup of eggnog, and a cup of coke zero. Lots of junk food, but at least I lost half a pound.
