Today's weigh-in: 159.5 lbs
Hi. I'm 160 lbs and need to lose 35 lbs to get to my ideal weight. I've been trying to lose weight for about a month now and am the same weight as when i started. So, I've decided to write about my experience from now on, hoping that letting others know what I'm doing will motivate me to try harder. The plan: daily weigh-ins and a food journal with freqent blog posts to let you know how I'm doing. I'd like to lose 10% of my body weight (16 lbs) by January 31st, so we'll see how that goes!
