Today's weigh-in: 156 lbs
So I'm down 4 lbs after the first week! My scale's in increments of .5 lbs, so I can't tell exactly, but its motivating nonetheless. Yesterday I ate: an egg and egg whites, 2 slices of toast with margerine and jelly, a cup coffee (made in milk), a latte, 3 shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce, 12 pieces of sushi (philly roll) with soy sauce, a cup of tea, and a cup of milk. I'm feeling good and ready for the week.
